Over the years it has proven its expertise in project design and development ranging from master planning, town planning schemes, infrastructure engineering, project preparation, and transaction management across various sectors, viz. urban infrastructure, water supply & sanitation, heritage conservation and restoration, landscape, industrial infrastructure, commercial infrastructure, institutional (public buildings), educational, healthcare, and residential segments. DPC is empaneled with many Government agencies.

Yashica Investments is an investment company that specializes in investment services covering private equity, financial advisory, real estate investments, and niche investment assets in Africa. It is based in Mauritius and provides its services across Africa, Middle-East, Asia, and Europe.
