Project Description

A State Government earmarked a land of about 42 acres on a key arterial road to develop an international level exhibition and convention centre under a PPP format. It is also envisaged to allow development of a 5-star hotel project and other commercial developments at the site to enhance financial viability of the overall project.

    • Market study for the envisaged components
    • Preparation of concept designs
    • Preparation of Feasibility Report
    • Development of options for Project Structuring
    • Defining service level parameters for the mandatory components
    • Development of Concession Agreement and the Request for Proposal (RFP) document
    • Assistance in selection of the concessionaire
    • Assistance during project implementation
