Project Description
The Ministry of Health & Wellness (MOHW), Government of Mauritius (GoM) has the vision of ensuring a healthy nation with constantly improving quality of life. In its endeavour to achieve its mission, MOHW has identified the need to develop a modern Pharmaceutical Warehouse spread over 30,000 m2 eco-friendly building at an identified site at Cote d’Or in Mauritius on a PPP basis.. The new warehouse would be in line with best storage practices and in accordance with the guidelines issued by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

The team is involved in project development and transaction advisory to MOHW for the following:

- Review of legal & regulatory framework for the proposed development
- Project scoping and facility planning
- Defining technical requirements and specifications
- Master planning and layouts
- Conceptual architectural plans
- Project costing
- Financial modelling for viability analysis
- Project PPP structuring
- Preparation of Qualification Requirement for prospective developers
- Preparation of draft Concession Agreement
- Project marketing and road shows for reaching out to developers
- Bid process management for selection of Developer for the project
- Negotiations and signing of Project Agreement between the Government Authority and the selected Private Sector Developer
- Assistance in achieving Financial Close for the project
