The genesis of Infrasphere Consulting Ltd. lies in the erstwhile company Kukuza Project Development Company (Kukuza), which was jointly promoted by the African Development Bank (AfDB), the EXIM Bank of India, the State Bank of India (SBI), and other Financial Institutions. Kukuza was incorporated in the year 2015 with the objective of co-investing in Project Development activities for infrastructure projects across the African Continent to create opportunities for a diverse set of stakeholders to Finance, Implement, and Operate the identified projects.

Subsequently, due to change in business priorities, when Kukuza’s shareholders decided to wind-up the business operations, a core group of companies came together to step-in. Accordingly, a separate legal entity was incorporated to offer project development advisory services through the core operations team of employees and associates of Kukuza. Ever since, Infrasphere Consulting has been successfully providing its services to promote economic growth by facilitating development of infrastructure projects.
